A fun little experience to throw a few hours and 5 dollars into (Got it while on sale). The atmosphere is pretty and the whimsical music gives you a strange sense of nostalgia for something you've never played before. Being able to save at only designated save points and an overworld with no real sense of direction really does hark back to 3D platformers and retro games of old that just tossed you into things to figure it out on your own. I'm not the best when it comes to platformers, but the mechanics provided offered a challenge that was manageable for casuals like myself, with a skill ceiling much higher for those wanting to 100% and complete time trials for new cosmetics.

I know combat isn't the core of the game, but it would have been fun to implement some of the fighting abilities against wider ranges of enemies/bosses.

All in all? I give it an 8.5/10

Solid game for its price, fun to toss a few hours away with and enjoy while imersing yourself in this strange little world.

Better benefits and working conditions than at an Amazon warehouse

I'm just going to get right into the reason why I gave this game a negative review despite loving it to pieces. Too much crashing. Want to play co-op? Its a flip of the coin whether or not you'll crash every 2 minutes for unknown reasons. Fix that issue then prepare for another bug to take its place. I've had the game crash for who knows how many different issues and now finally i've hit a bug that left it literally unplayable and now im staring at a game I cant even start until they final decide to try and solve the issues with the numerous crashes. Please save your money until they decide to fix these crashing issues.
