I was 14 Years old when the Reactor exploded.
Everybody was speaking about Tschernobyl (German Word).
In Times with no Internet, no Social Media, just TV, Radio and Newspaper.
I remember when i was waiting for the School Bus and it was raining.
Somebody said: Be careful, it is radioactiv, it is coming from Tschernobyl.
In that Time i also saw the SciFi Masterpiece STALKER from 1979 that was surely an Inspiration for the Game STALKER.
It fascinated me and was a Main Reason why i´m so fascinated from Lost Places.
Over the Years i watched Videos, Photos and Diarys from People who visited Tschernobyl.
And 2 Months ago i found by surprise this Pearl.

Welcome to CHERNOBYLITE!

At first, i like no i love Games that made Storys that are part fictional and part real Events.
Like VALLEY and PARADISE LOST. Both Masterpieces in Storytelling.
With CHERNOBYLITE i found another Game like them.

CHERNOBYLITE is a First Person Survival Shooter with Stealth Elements.
It is also post apocalyptic and has horror elements.
Also including Basebuilding.

You are Igor a scientist who is searching for his fiancee Tatyana in the Ruins around Prypjat.
30 Years had been gone since she dissappeared.
With the Help of the Stalkers Olivier and Anton you enter the Nuclear Power Plant and the Horror begins.

CHERNOBYLITE has fascinating Graphics and Sound Effects.
The Atmosphere is absolutly amazing.
In Contrast to STALKER it doesn´t have an open World but different Areas that are really well done.
When you walk through the Ruins it feels so real.
All the Details and most is 3D scanned from the Real Chernobyl Zone.
Simply amazing. I love it so much.

After you completed the Prolog of CHERNOBYLITE, which is also a good Tutorial you will have a Base in an old Warehouse.
In FALLOUT 4 Style you can build up your Base with important, usefull and also decorative Objects.
That is needed to satisfy your Companions.

CHERNOBYLITE goes day by day.
You wake up, you choose Missions for you and your Companions, do them, return to Base, share Food, build Base, Train your abilities and go to Bed.
Repeat.
The Story of CHERNOBYLITE unfolds slowly.
There are Main and Side Missions.
In Side Missions you can refill important Items of Need, like Food, Ammunition, Medicine and more.
The Main Missions will help you to recruit new Companions and finding out what happens to Tatyana.
Entering the Zones will confront you with Soldiers but also with Monsters.
To deal with them, you can use different Weapons that can be also upgraded.
Prefer the silent Crossbow or the louder but more effectiv Machine Gun? It is your choice, there are enough different Weapons.
But you have also to deal with radioactivity. So Always have your Mask Ready.
Each Weapon and Equipment can be crafted in your Base if you have the Materials and build the different workbenches.
So, don´t Forget to collect ressources of all Kind on your Missions. You have a Scanner that will help you.

CHERNOBYLITE is really fascinating.
I love to explore the Areas, searching for needfull Things and hints from Tatyana, shown as real Photos.
The Actress for Tatyana fits in so perfect and i love her (English) voice.
Normally i don´t like to Play Games with Stealth because i prefer the direct way but here i love it.
It is so much fun to use your Environment to Sneak on Enemies or avoid them.
I also like the personalities of your Companions. Your Decisions have consequences on them.
I also like that they have their Problems with each other, so be careful with your decisions.

As i said before i like Storys that mix real with Fictional Events and CHERNOBYLITE is doing a great Job with it.
When i Play CHERNOBYLITE i´m totally into it.
Headphones, closed Room, just me and my Laptop.
Amazing experience.

I always love Hidden Object Games (HOG).
Mostly i played those with good Storys like the Artifex Mundi HOGs.
They can´t be dark and mysterious enough for me, because i like that Genre.
But sometimes i need HOGs between them just to chill and have it easier.

Okay let´s have a look at it.
SH2:LAFCE is a chilling experience.
No timer, no hard Achievements and a skip Function.
All you need to relax.

The Graphics are really shiny and colourfull, exactly what you should need to forget stress.
Feels a little confusing to have this real People inside the Scenes, but i like it.
The Music is so cheerfull and fits in very perfectly.

The Location is a Sweet Home with Garden.
There are different Locations and to reach them you have each Time to solve 2 Hidden Objects Scenes and one Mini Game.
Master one Area to unlock the next One.
In the Hidden Objects Scenes you have to do 3 Things.
First, finding every Object, second, find every Cat and Dog and third, find Special Objects.
Earn Points and buy items for your House and enjoy how it grows.

The Mini Games are different.
The Puzzles go from very easy to hard, but never unfair.
This is the Collectors Edition, what means you get also a nice Music Player, Wallpapers and more.

In the End i can say SH2:LAFCE is a very nice Game for everyone who just wants a Game without Stress.
Just playing and having Fun.
Thats what i love between harder Games.

I was sitting in my Room in the Cellar.
Yes, my Room was in the Cellar, the Perfect Atmosphere for a Game called DUNGEON MASTER!
Ooooooh my God.
I remember how many, many, many Hours i spend in the 14 Levels of the Dungeon until i beated Lord Chaos.
Sword and Magic are my Weapons and i loved it.

2024
I´m sitting in my Apartment.
37 Years later, still playing, still loving the Dungeon Crawler Genre.
Spending many Hours with Sword and Magic.

DUNGEON MASTER was just the popular beginning of this Genre.
Many Games like EYE OF THE BEHOLDER, BLACK CRYPT, MIGHT & MAGIC or LANDS OF LORE were following.
Over the Years the Genre was kept alive mostly through Indie Developers.
One Pearl in 2012 was LEGEND OF GRIMROCK.

And now we have DUNGEON OF EROTIC MASTER PLUS.
When the Dev invited me to their Game i was very excited, because i liked the Genre so much.
And yes, it is a nice and funny Dungeon Crawler, i like it.

Marianne, Martina, Hermetia, Donelia and Lilynera are back in their second Adventure.
After becoming Legends because of beating the World toughest Dungeon they lived in too much luxury
and now they have many Debts.
So, another Dungeon is needed and here they are.

The Graphics of Heroes and Monsters are very nice done.
The Gameplay is fluid and i like the Sounds and Musics.
Feels wonderfull old School.
The Battles are good arranged and there is also Voice acting during them.
I love the Graphics of the Monsters.

An automapping is working with each of your Steps, so you don´t need to draw the Dungeons like in the old days.
When you leave the Dungeon you can Rest and also sell everything you don´t Need.
Upgrade your Equipment at the Blacksmith and get also Information about Dungeon and Monsters.
Deal also with Traps and meet strange Figures in the Dungeon.

Overall it is a nice Dungeon Crawler that brings much fun.
It seems that there is a Patch that upgrade the Game to R-Rating with explizit Scenes, you know what i mean.
But i can also be wrong and i have a censored Version, because here in Germany Games with sexual Content are not
able to get bought inside Germany.
So please, play the Demo before you decide if you buy this Game.

In the End i have very much Fun and it was nice to return to good old Memories with old School Play in modern Look.

A gigantic Book with many different Choices what makes it highly Replayable.

I also like the Comiclike Graphics, that reminds me of French Comics.
They are giving the Characters a Soul and soon you will see which one you like or not.
The Sounds are not that often but fit everytime in.

In the End for me STILL JOKING is an exciting Visual Novel with emotional, but also funny Moments.
I dived into it and time went by.
I´m excited for my next walktrough, to find out more about the other Characters i didn´t choose on my first Run.

When i was Young, i was a passionate Gamer (I still am).
Playing hour after hour, diving into new Worlds, forgetting about Problems, just a short Time.
I was always dreaming of making my own Game but in that Times we didn´t have the Tools for it.
So, it stayed a Dream, because later, there wasn´t time for it because i went to Storywriting.
Today it is much easier.

BACK TO HOME is telling the Story of a Cat wanting to get Home.
Beeing taken away from her owner, the Cat goes on a short but nice Journey.

BACK TO HOME is an Animal Plattformer with little Puzzle Elements and a nice little Story.
It reminds me of THE LAST TREE.
On your Way you will find Radios that will tell you from your Past.
A short but touching Story.
Find also out about the Light that guides you.
Try to reach the End of your Journey.

BACK TO HOME has very nice Graphics showing a beautifull World.
The Levels are linear but there is much to discover.
There is also a really amazing Soundtrack that fits in perfectly.

Your Cat can walk, run and jump.
The Animation is fluid but a little bit slow and the Cat looks a little bit like a Plush Cat but cute.
I like it, because it is something new after all the Cats i saw in so many other Games.
The whole Game is very relaxing and i took my time to explore the different Areas.
The Plattforms are not that Hard, but sometimes the Cat feels a little bit clunky
and a little bit slow. But i did it.

Yes, the Game has Bugs, but not Gamebreaking.
I reported a few and the Developer removed them fast.

So, what can i say?
BACK TO HOME is a very nice Game and i enjoyed every Moment with it.
It is not perfect, it really isn´t, but thats okay.
Keep in Mind that this is the First Game of a Young 15 Year old Developer.
I have the greatest Respect for what he created here in his free Time.
He had the Tools i didn´t have many Years before and made his Dream come true.

In the Beginning it is easy but later it can be really challenging.
A sharp eye and fast Reflexes are the key to Victory.
The Gameplay is fluid and good done.
The Graphics and Sounds are nice and i love the good Feeling Music.

It´s a nice casual Game if you want to have a break from Real Life Stress or High End Games.
I enjoyed my chilling stay and the nice Story.

Well, MECHA KNIGHTS: NIGHTMARE gives you 20 Campaign Missions and a good Story.
The Graphics are not High End like in the last ARMORED CORE Game but very good.
Remember, it is an Indie Project and for that it is very nice done.
That goes also for Sounds and Music.

The Gameplay is fluid and pure Fun.
Walk or boost over the Battlefield and have an eye on your Ammo and Energy.
You will face Hords of Enemies and you don´t want to run out of something.
Oh, there are Health, Ammo and Money Crates on the Field. Don´t Forget to collect.

What can i say.
As a Mech Fan i totally like this Game, because the Mechs in MECHA KNIGHTS: NIGHTMARE are cool.
It gave me ARMORED CORE 1 and 2 Feelings and for me this Game is a wonderfull Homage to it.
Shooting at hundreds of Enemies with a Mech, typical Fire & Forget, i love it.
