Faina se amesteca cu grisul si bicarbonatul de sodiu si se adauga peste compozitia de branza cu oua. Iese un aluat potrivit de moale.
Se impacheteaza in folie si se da la rece minim 2 ore inainte de preparare.
Se servesc cu smantana sau iaurt deasupra si dulceata de visine, cirese, capsuni sau sirop gros de fructe.
