Able to concentrate and stay focused for short periods of up to an hour but tends to drift after this if not presented with a new task. Generally polite, courteous and respectful, though may sometimes lose a little control when confronted with a difficult person or situation. Or perhaps sometimes seems over-polite. Performs to an adequate standard but is not yet achieving excellence in any area. Generox generally checks work to make sure it has been done properly. When ideas are challenged by others, Generox listens to their view and tries to defend a position, but may not yet have the experience or authority to present the case well. Or may be over-aggressive in defending a position.
