Good game but you may lose hours of progress :)
This issue was known in March and now it's June.
Thankfully I had a backup of my saves

This game is perfect if you love the following:
- Queues that kick you out to the back of the line
- Running, gathering, running and gathering
- Open world PvP and not finding anyone cause they're to busy running and gathering across the map
- Starting in random locations to your friends and having unsynced quests
- Walking underwater and drowning
- Quests! Search for boxes and kills mobs!

Add a hardcore mode where if you die you start from the beginning :)
