i had a few bucks in my pocket and decided to give this a try. It looked like a 7 days to die. it kinda is, but isnt. Every night there are increasing amounts of zombies to fight. Big Map to explore (when you can).

This is a Zombie, Survival, Open World, Tower Defense type game.
if you like to kill zombies, if you like tower defense games, if you like Open world games, if you like Survival games ... this is a game for you. I went into this game knowing nothing about it but zombie, and killing them, so i bought it. Fell in love with it, enjoying everything about, and how to figure things out. i would recommend getting this gem

Your daily tasks include:
each wave (each day) is about 2 hours long real time, including wave time
each wave starts at day #x Hour 0
1. Make sure you have food (its not really needed but good to have)
2. Make sure your Base is 100% from previous night.
3. Gather materials for the base defense.
4. Make sure you a decent weapon to survive the night.
4a. Food for melee based weapon, Ammo for a ranged
5. Upgrade you items and make them stronger helping you beat the night.
6. MOST IMPORTANT: SURVIVE THE WAVE OF ZOMBIES.

As for the other reviews on here that are negative i get where they are coming from. HOWEVER...

For the $20 price tag, its not really worth it. But if you get it on the sale, its worth a pick up and try....

This game is fun for what its. If you want a game where you can grind this is the game for you. You have to grind food to keep yourself from dying. You have to grind to get better gear. You have to grind to upgrade things. There is a lot of grinding in this game. Its fun in its own way.

If you like Side Scrolling, this is a game for you.
If you like lots of grinding, this game if for you.
If you like Singleplayer games, this game if for you.
If you like multiplayer games, (and have friend), this game is for you.

There is not much action to do it, other than pressing a button to attack. same with mining, and gathering.

Based on my play threw so far. i would keep playing and write another review later to help others.

i thought i would hate this game seeing as how i tried to play Stardew valley, but i really like this one, its much different. i guess its easier to play, and do things.

Besides, havent you always wanted to run a graveyard?

if you are looking for a short game this is the game for you, its not very long, but it worth time to play. its story is grim and deep. A surprisingly competent sci-fi story, wrapped up in a stunning visual and auditory experience. The combat is different. Makes you think carefully before going threw the next door. "do i have enough ammo", "how is my water" , 'Hows my healing items". Most of the time i yelling at the storyline. other times im yelling at the game play because of my stupidness.

Ignore most of the negative reviews. i would say if you can find it on sale, grab it and play it.

Loved Darksiders on my xbox, now it just got better and have it on steam now, i can now finish all the achivements i didnt get on my xbox, This game is so much better with the controller.

If you looking for a good hacknslash game get this game. Its about a one of the 4 Horsmen of the Apocalypse, Who trys to re-deam himself by fighting his way threw the armys of heaven and hell. Blood, Killing things with a sword, a horse to ride, and hmm what else, oh right a gun to shoot things with.

All in all a game that you enjoy
