Played the game throughout the early beta and it was only until recently that I had STILL never beaten the game. I was pleasantly surprised by the story, because I did not think there would be much of one. The resource grinding aspect of the game can be a bit frustrating at some points but what else can I expect out of a survival game. Extremely worth the money and the time I put into finally finishing it.

The factory must grow.

An incredible and immersive experience. Could not recommend more. You will find yourself unable to get up and you will definitely finish this in one sitting.

I never thought a minimalistic clicker game could make me laugh and amaze me more than most triple A titles I play nowadays. Easily some of the best $3 I've ever spent. Just buy it before you read more reviews and spoil the beauty of what this game has to offer.

If you know nothing about this game, just buy it. It's so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ good. You will play through the first half loving the gameplay and grinding through the story. Then, halfway through the game, they'll throw another amazing gameplay mechanic at you that makes the game 5x better. I have way more hours in this game than it would ever take to complete because it's all just time ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ around with orcs. Loved it.

This is one of the best little surprises I nabbed for $5 on a Christmas sale a while ago. I spent all of Christmas day and the next playing this fun little game. It's very simple, requires little focus. But at the same time it's wonderful and stressful as hell at some times. I've yet to play the sequel but I'll definitely be buying if I see it on sale in the near future.

God I am so tired of this Paradox DLC ♥♥♥♥ paywalling so many game features. But I am incapable of protesting it because their games are just too damn good. If you are interested in this game it's free now so try it out, but if you like it don't sink too much time into just the base game. Look up a guide on which DLC are most important to the core of the game and buy a couple on a sale. They change a lot of the game mechanics so before you sink a huge amount of time in the game it would best to buy the bigger DLCs cause they are game changers.

Fantastic mix of challenge and fun. It'll take a bit to figure how to not get your entire colony wiped cause they just reproduce so fast and that's where all the fun is. After 37 hours of fantastic gameplay I figured the general best strategy to expanding and keeping your people alive, once you figure that out it's less fun so you really have to turn on disasters to lose anything. But luckily, there is a modding community to expand on the features once you get to that point. But even without that it's a fantastic game well worth the $20.

I don't care about the hype, I don't care about the expectations. I am enjoying this game, it could've been something greater and it still could be. This game is fun and worth the price. I am enjoying myself a lot playing it and my greatest dream for this game is that the developer doesn't get discouraged by all the negative reviews and continues to work on the game. People seem to forget that this game was made entirely by one man and his wife. I like it right now, end of story, and I'd love to see more content added.

An hour long walking simulator. Don't expect anything more than a walking simulator and a short story, a few other negative reviews seem to have been expecting something else. It is quite enjoyable for what it is, very relaxing. I thought the story was okay but you should definitely wait for a sale to buy this game. An hour long walking simulator is NOT worth the full price ($20) wait for it to go on sale for $5-$10 and it's a safe purchase for a nice little Sci-Fi story and a atmosphere.
