Bryndzové Halušky

Zemiaky očistite, umyte a nastrúhajte. Pridajte hrubú múku, vajce, soľ a nakoniec hladkú múku. Vypracujte hrubšie cesto tak, aby sa oddeľovalo od misy. Z cesta nahádžte do väčšieho množstva vriacej osolenej vody halušky, povarte ich a dierkovanou vareškou povyberajte. Slaninu nakrájajte na malé kúsky a rozškvarte. Uvarené halušky dajte do veľkej misy, pridajte bryndzu, trochu vyškvarenej masti zo slaniny a premiešajte. Rozdeľte na taniere. Posypte opraženou slaninou a servírujte.
