You have two options to succeed in this game.

Option A) Have a really rich friend to give you stuff.
Option B) Spend long hours climbing up, assuming you don't want to pay money. (Because Nexon wants em $ a lot.)

If you're still want to play this game, go ahead. But from what I've seen, you either fall in love with it or hate it.

I recommend this game to people with time on their hands, and also to those who were introduced to this game by their rich (gamewise) friends. If you're not one of these people, you better do your homework on funding, and fast.
