Started with a simple goal to reach Erebor. You know... like the books and such....

Well... about 10h in, I bought a house in the woods, fought my Neighbour for a piece of land, exploited the house's fee. At 30h in I found a group of Hobbits sharing scary stories about a haunted shoe in some forest. At 200h in I've lost track of time and space, smacked Gandalf's pipe, tossed the dwarf and went on a "Happy" Rave with Tom Bombadil. It's a banger!

But seriously tho, it's mindblowing that this is a 16y old game. This is one of the BEST MMORPG's out there, It is literally magical for a fan of the Tolkien's Universe. I got lost in the enviroment so many times, found secrets and hidden stories that are not listed in any quest. It's trully an adventure in every form!
Oh, and the costumer support is awesome.

The only, and I mean ONLY, flaw this game has is the outdated graphics, but even so, the view of some places are so gorgeous that I found myself with hundreds of Screenshots, and often sat down and watch the Sun go down in the horizon.

For a fan of Prof. Tolkien's work, this is a MUST PLAY in every form.
For a normal human being, it's a solid 9/10 MMORPG with thousands and thousands of hours worth of content.

After finally completing 100% of the game, I think I can review it now.

The game is a metroidvania + soulslike genre done right. As of any game of it's genre, you must be ready to back track a lot, and I mean... A LOT. You get an item close to the end that make you want to go back to the beginning of the game. AND THAT IS NOT A BAD THING!!
Unlike many game like this one, Blasphemous keeps you interested at all times with these PROS:
- Gorgeous pixel art. So many times I just stopped and watched the background, like it were a painting.
- Great variety of levels, enimies and bosses.
- The gore and design of the enemies are just unbelieveble.
- The story is f-ing AMAZING! You'll go "wtf" 90% of the game.
- Every discovery feels good, and makes you more powerful, so if you wish to become a slashing sword-wielding all mighty pointy hat Jesus, grab your Rosary, some energy drink, do some prayers and go stab every wall and corner of the world. It's worth it.

The only CONS that I could think of was that the levels can be pretty annoying to pass through multiple time doe to the mechanics of them and that 1 or 2 of the bosses are boring to beat.

My final score for Blasphemous is a 8/10. Just wish it was bigger.
If you like this kind of games, do yourself a favor and get this one ASAP.

Played with a friend, targeted his TemTem in a boss battle, oneshotted it, we insta lost and had to run all the way back to the boss

Yeah, this game is 6 years old by now, so what? It's still one of the most commented in media, loved and "updated" (mods) game you could think of. And it's this way for a reason, it's so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ good.
If for some "god knows why" reason you still don't have it, do a favor to yourself and buy it already!!

Best choice of a game to play with friends. Fun, fast, chaotic, everything you want for a coop madness is within this game.
