Ever since he was a young boy, Dave was haunted by the benevolent ghost of Ernest Hemingway. He spent his time quietly spectating David, offering his sage advice only when necessary. Although this advice usually involved murdering animals with high caliber assault rifles, Dave always listened. When asked why he never told Hemingway to leave the boy responded "Ernest is a deeply misunderstood man. All he wants is to pass down his knowledge of slaughtering endangered animals and picking up women, and you know....I can kinda dig that."
