A cute and relaxing little management game, in which you manage a street. You can play this game with just a mouse, so you can sip some tea while playing. You can choose between a few different kinds of buildings, such as houses, shops and parks. And you have a few options to change how they look.

The challenge for a shop is to figure out the perfect recipe or items to sell to please the customers (youth and elderly). If you want to satisfy both, just place another shop! I love that the customers will automatically go to the one they like best. I really like the art style and colour schemes in this game, it fits the cozy vibes perfectly.

There are 5 missions (giving 2-4 hrs of playtime) and a sandbox mode. It doesn't contain complex production chains or figuring out the perfect placement for something, it feels very forgiving and chill. It even features an optional little HOG part and cats to pet.

Perfect game if you're looking for a little break. I only wish it was longer!

A lot has been said about this game, the gag gifting game on Steam. The game you gift to your frenemies. As someone with a special collection of "crappy kids games" mainly focusing on horse and vet games in particular, I had to know more. And this game is indeed a worthy addition of my crappy kids collection. Sometimes a crappy game can be fun. This is not one of those.

The game starts with a short story, but after that there is no tutorial. In the settings you can turn tutorial mode on, but it still doesn't tell you what to do. You need to click on things and then it says the same text over and over until you turn tutorial mode off. For review purposes I tried to do everything in the game. But I couldn't last long enough to have truly tried everything. The gameplay seems to be around training your magical horse and breeding it, then training the foal etc. It actually has some nice concepts. Not many horse games feature so many training options, including dressage, pulling a cart. The problem is that it is a nice idea, but not well executed. Every training is exactly the same. The entire training gameplay consists of watching a side scroller and you have to press the correct arrow at the right time, like a rhythm game. Which sounds more fun than it in reality is.

The game seems to feature collecting ingredients, but I haven't been able to explore how you come across them. There seems to be a little vet part in case your horse gets sick. You also need to groom your horse (running your mouse over the horse with the correct brush). There is a blacksmithing part. You can discover recipes for magical horseshoes and then make them. This again sounds more exciting than it in reality is. It is the same arrow minigame as in all the training. And discovering recipes just means slapping some money on it and it will tell you "it was found near a river with piranhas".

Then there is also racing and doing quests. I tried those but since I do not own the DLC, it will first ask you to buy the DLC. It also did that when I tried to quit playing, which I think is rather predatory especially for kids. If you don't have the DLC racing and questing simply means your horse will be gone for an irl amount of time, such as 1 minute and you are just staring at your screen.

It boasts that with the DLC you can race against other players online and there is even an achievement to overtake 40 competitors in a race. Somehow I can't imagine being able to find 40 other players to race with, but anyone can dream.

In this game you play as Doctor Davis and Nurse Alex, who are both in training. You switch between these characters and the game tells you which one you have to control. It's clearly designed for a younger audience, but there is no real voice acting. The characters speak gibberish, so the player has to be able to read well.

The game follows a story, spanning multiple days working in the hospital. Your character creation is very limited and you will come across colleagues and patients looking (almost) the same. The hospital looks and feels very empty.

The game follows a schedule of dialogue, moving your character to a room and then a minigame. The minigames are short and the game is goofy and not very realistic. The nurse and doctor have their own different mini-games and tasks they have to do. The surgery minigame (doctor) might look a bit scary for a child. When you are an operating assistant (nurse) you have to hand over the requested tool. This includes a squeeky chicken toy, which you usually find in the pet store for dogs. There is a rating based on how well you did the minigame, but it's unclear how this is judged exactly. Sometimes it doesn't seem to make sense. You get XP and level up, but this doesn't seem to do anything. It's unsure if the amount of XP even varies depending on your rating.

The story mainly revolves around doctors being arrogant and thinking nurses and other staff do not do work that is as important. This creates problems within the hospital.

It's a short game. It took about 2.5 hours to 100% the game. The achievements are based on how far you are in the story. Only 14% of players got this far. There is still one more chapter after this, but I can't motivate myself to continue.
The game is often 85% off. Even at that price I can't recommend this game. Which is a shame because I think the concept is cool and would love to have more doctor/hospital games on pc.
