I feel like it's a missed opportunity not to name the marine category "Marine Dwellas" to follow along with Reef Fellas

I find it very hard to decide whether this game is worth it or not. I love the story and how it's unfolding (tbh I haven't even finished it yet). It's very engaging but the reason I haven't finished it yet despite playing for many hours is because the game gets so incredibly frustrating I have to take breaks.

To start off, I think she's supposed to run "realistically," instead she runs like a mentally handicapped toddler. That can be VERY FRUSTRATING in the MANY running scenes that are involved. Also sometimes you'll go off a ledge and she'll automatically grab and SOMETIMES she won't, and bam gotta restart. Also if you're in a battle, you can just randomly jump right off the roof or whatever and have to start all over. I don't want to talk about how many times I just flipped right off the edge.

The camera is CRAZY. It flips on the barest movement of the mouse. So many times I got stuck in fights, esp boss fights, because my camera is totally wack and I die to something stupid.

I've also run into a few glitches that have made me restart the game and also just want to quit it (but I go back soon after I quit because I know otherwise I won't finish the game). I had to restart the game once because my aiming for the jammer (a gun like thing you can use) would not lock onto targets to unlock doors. I reloaded that level 3 times, quit to the main menu twice, and eventually restarted the game to fix that.

The most recent glitch that has caused me to exit the game and write this review is I got to a point where I'm on a patio and the shutter closed behind me and the only way I have out is a pipe to climb up. HOWEVER I only found this out by looking up a video of it because the prompt for me to climb this pipe was not showing up, and the mc will only climb/jump with prompts up things like pipes. So now I am writing this review while hoping once I open the game back up, the glitch will be fixed.

Overall, I think I am going to very reluctantly recommend the game. HOWEVER, definitely wait for a sale. And definitely be prepared to deal with some VERY frustrating game mechanics. However, the story and premise is very interesting and I think it's worth it.

(Also, my desk top is kind of a potato but I very often get fps lagging and that also makes the game even harder to play, so I recommend having a decent computer to play this, even on the lowest settings.)
