It's not good.

The story is not interesting at all, just a basic revenge mission. And the "story missions" in this game would be called side missions in other games. All you do is run around and take over districts, which you can do guns blazing or stealthy.

The shooting feels okay, but the stealth part is way too easy. The npc's are some of the dumbest I've ever seen in any videogame.

You also earn money taking over these districts, but 11 hours in, all I've had to spend money on was guns and ammo.

Graphics wise it looks like a PS3/360 game at best, and it doesn't even run well. I get below 40 on average with a 980.

There are some positives though, the setting is cool, great soundtrack, nice animations and voice acting and driving feels pretty nice. But that isn't enough positives to outweigh the negatives for me.
