I have been a huge star wars fan for many years now, for some reason I never thought of buying Jedi Fallen order until my recent star wars binge.
I decided to give the game a try and here is how my journey was, SPOILERS AHEAD! :

I started the game with no expectations as games in today's climate are either over hyped or underwhelming.
The story did not disappoint and it kept me on the edge of my seat since the very beginning as I started playing as Cal. The cinematics and music is encapsulating. If you want to grind the game and explore 100% of every planet and find every secret + crates it might take you 20 hours+ but I went straight in and focused mainly on the story.
In some areas the game took long to get to the point or it felt like it was dragging. The enemies as you progressed felt good as you got stronger they start to feel on your level or a bit easier to challenge. Specifically the boss fights felt difficult as the parry system took a while to master but once you get the hang of it - its a blast. The game mentions its ' soul like' and I personally feel that is far from the truth - yes some aspects such as the adventure or waves of enemies plus the save station but other than that not much of a soul like game.
This game made me want to come back each time and finish it even after hours of not playing, I think a game+ would be great in a few weeks/months but right after completion not really.

I would of loved the game more if the travelling system were more open world where you could be in space for example and visit more planets, in total there are 7 but only 5 that are completely free to explore and it can become a bit boring once you have completed everything.

The combat does take a while to get use it, I loved the fact to that you could build onto Cal and choose what abilities to master, as you progress it feels as if the Padawan actually is turning into the Jedi Knight.

The bounty hunters were the one thing I disliked, they would respawn in very difficult times just before you have a boss fight or you don't have a save station nearby, this was a mechanic I disliked but once you cleared them they never respawn again.

Overall the feel of the game is amazing - the story is great. I personally was gobsmacked right at the end of the game, the whole premise of the game was to find the Holocrom and "restore the Jedi" just for Cal to break it. Other than that I still think this game takes you on a ride and I mean who wouldn't want to see the Sith Lord Dark Vader himself.
I think this is a must have for any star wars fan - I would rate the game a 8/10 and would recommend others to give it a try.

The Wither is a game that I fell in love with, the atmosphere, Game play and story development are gradual but paced evenly.
I felt immersed in the world of the Witcher - learning the combat was much easier than Witcher 1 for sure and it has an amazing world where you can travel and explore besides fighting monsters left and right.
For a game that came out in the 2010's, it still lives up to its expectations and with the DLC it makes you want to play the games for hours on end.

I have played this game roughly for about 40+ collectively on PC and PlayStation. I was despondent to play the game back in 2020 when it released knowing how game breaking it was. I think I say this for many, after Edgerunners and patch 1.6.1 I gave the game a try not knowing how the game would be. Since then I bought the PC version on sale as the game on PlayStation for me was not nearly playable.

On PC this game exceeded my expectations, I have run into NO bugs or glitches so far. The game is absolutely amazing on PC , the graphics with Ray Tracing offer such great detail. Even if you don't have an RTX, its playable and can still offer you many hours of playing and absorbing the many great views of Night City!

I'm the type of gamer who admires story, I am a big fan of CDPR as I have played all 3 Witcher games because of the story. This game does not disappoint as it certainly grips you at the core with the main story, it offers multiple endings which I will not spoil for you. It also offers you to just casually hop on and have fun with side missions. I personally love just getting through the main story and seeing what it has to offer, but in the world of cyberpunk I actually wanted to explore and dive into the side missions which offer more lore about the world of Cyberpunk and the characters that come across your path.

I would love for more updates to be out so hopefully with the release of the DLC they keep updating the game so it offers players the optimal experience when playing. I would say pick up the game on sale, if you have been hiding under a rock and have never watched edgerunners, think of Cyberpunk 2077 has a futuristic GTA game. This game had its full arch moment and its worth playing and on that note have a great day Choom.
