Maybe I didn’t saw it, but I have a “tip” for u. In Germany we eat much of the meat u have in your video and a thing we have here ist to cut the long meat streps into shorter ones. Like when they laying on the metal just cut 3-4 times over them. You will have a better experience eating it, because you do not need to bite 10 times or you pull out a long pice of meat.
