Problem Fixed: Railroad Tycoon 2 Graphics extending passed monitor resolution.

Display Settings changes No fix.
Windowed and Full screen. No fix

USER Error! SCALE set to 150% (to make windows Icons bigger)
SCALE Must be set to 100%, Fixed game.

TLDR: Right click Desktop: In Display Resolution: Scale must be at 100%. 10/10 game.

Played 1-Death HC Insane difficulty. default Video settings (Hard to see at night)

its the most Engaging, Fair, Rewarding shooter I've ever played.

1000+ hours
Literally. 10/10.

Died 64 times, will play again. No 2 games are the same.

Holy Wow this game is Basic.
Such an Idiot for Dropping $50 on Maps, AI, and Combat as complex as a Flash game.

* No Control of Battles *
* No concept if your ships can beat their ships * 16 Guns vs 10 Guns. That's as basic as you can get.
* Maps are 2D. 3D Galaxies were as old as Master of Orion 3. That was 15 years ago!!
* Pollitics Suck: Only 10 Alien Races. Yes you can customize, but its so basic.
* Aliens interactions are so Basic. One line of text. Trade (Y/N)
