Likely my games of the year. It's truly rare that such a soulful masterpiece of a game like this comes out. After 8 years of development each of the 50 (or more) games really feel like games from a long forgotten nintendo competitor. It would remind me of when I would go to those strange stores that still sell NES games and I would come home with like 5 random games i'd never heard of and would slot them in to see what this strange game I found was. Each of these games really are full games with around the length of games of the time. Some of these games could easily take you hours to beat and even longer to 100%, they are not as small as one might assume from a game like this. I can not stress enough how these games feel like authentic, yet SLIGHTLY modernized versions of games from the 80's.

Be warned though that that might not be a good thing for a lot of people. They are not just retro looking games, they ARE retro games and most come with that difficulty and vague, figure it out on your own nature that they had. Absolutely amazing for people who like that sorta thing, dreadful for those that don't.

I doubt we're gonna see a game like this again with this quality anytime soon. Some of these games could be sold on their own for like 10 bucks each, let alone 50 cents a pop.

This game is in a pre-alpha state. Feel free to pay to bugtest their game or wait a few years for it to come out.

This is one of those games you don't forget. Play it as blind as possible.

Its wonderfully creative with its style and storytelling. One thing to note is that it is rather short but just long enough to where it explores all it has to and does not overstay its welcome. I will say that 10$ would likely be a much better price but after seeing how much passion went into this project via the artbook 15$ is more than worth it to support the dev.
