When I hit the level cap in Fallout 3 it gave me the option to pick a perk that revealed all locations on the map. I took it, and my map is completely full now. I tried taking a picture of my map screen, but it's not possible to make the map small enough for me to view the whole thing at once, and taking a picture of a cheap TV screen with my phone didn't produce a very quality image.
