Compelling story, intuitive controls, a rich combat system, and some of the best graphics that i have ever seen.
The lighting is magnificent, and the characters have charm, its all that has ever been wanted in a game.

TLDR for the review is: The game was good, showed promise in 2019, then they ran it into the ground with poor class balancing, bad decision making with literally every update, and making it harder to access servers that aren't 200 ping+

This game and its community is great.
The gameplay is like no other, the movement is satisfying and unlike anything in any other game.
But over the years instead of implementing things that the community wants, instead of fixing the issue with hackers being in every 3rd lobby you join, instead of implementing a working ranked game mode, instead of balancing the classes, instead of listening to a single person in the entire community.
They rework beloved maps, they push out hundreds upon hundreds of skins that all look basically the same no matter what tier they are in except for the two highest tiers, they split the community with every update, and make the worst gamedev decisions since the release of CubeWorld.
At one point they took ranked out of the game so they could work on it, AND IT TOOK THEM 9 MONTHS TO RE IMPLEMENT IT, AND THE GAMEMODE DIED AFTER LIKE A MONTH

This game has been the centre of all online communities i have been in over the past 3 - 4 years, and has been the most fun i have had in a game.
It was the first game i ever got really good at, like really good.
And its a shame to see that it has gotten to such a sorry state.
I loved this game but i'm done watching the game i love kill itself.
