Quick starting point: If you liked Stacklands, you'll like this game.

I played hours of the demo for this game, and was lucky enough to be a beta tester, so I have many more hours in this game than shown above. It's cute, relaxing, and just the right level of challenging, in my opinion. It's magic and witches and cat familiars. It's resource management and time management and somehow kind of a settlement builder? The art is beautiful, the music excellent, and it definitely gives me that 'one-more-day' itch that keeps me playing!

Also, just because I like to know this stuff before playing: a relaxed-pace run took me around 8ish hours, and there are three characters to play as with differing mechanics and strategies.

Hate to do this, but I can't give it a positive review right now.
This game is not release ready. It isn't content complete, it still has a plethora of minor bugs that add up to a slightly frustrating experience, and the balance feels off in away that makes the game quite grindy. The first two will obviously get fixed in time, I and hope the last one does too, but regardless, this should never have hit full release in the state it's in.

Don't get me wrong, it's fun. If you like Stardew or Harvest Moon, it's a great entry into the lineup. The characters are beautiful and varied, the world feels alive, all the art is top tier. But it's not finished, and it shouldn't pretend to be.

As and when this game actually feels complete, I'll happily change this to a positive review.

I played quite a lot of the demo version on itch.io, and this really is a beautiful continuation on that theme. It's a game that feels polished, is a unique take on a familiar theme (roguelite card battler), and is endlessly satisfying to play. A decent selection of characters and a plethora abilities makes for great replayability, and additional optional challenges (time, turns taken, combos gotten, hits taken, etc) mean that you've reason to keep going after having beaten the final boss. Great game for the price, heartily recommended.
