can't imagine a scenario where virtually any type of gamer would ever regret playing this game

minding your own business, you sit there politely burning things in the privacy of your own home and then Tomorrow Corporation shows you have much of an utter douchebag you are for minding your own business, politiely burning things in the privacy of your own home

will never give a positive review to a game with bugs this big (albeit few - they happen to be CRUCIAL)
and the fact devs have dropped as many updates as they have without fixing is disconcerting... :(

READ THIS BEFORE STARTING THIS GAME

the absolute first thing you need to do is MAP YOUR AIR ROLL BUTTONS - this is especially important since they aren't bound to the controller under default settings to begin with. even if you tell yourself you don't need to worry about it yet as you're "just trying out" the game - lol i 100% guarantee you will keep playing... and then you'll be kicking yourself for not listening

when boosting through the air ("aerialing"), your car basically works like an airplane. your pitch and raw (google image basic plane movements) are simple enough and will come natural... but in order to ROLL, you must go into settings and MAP THEM individually to your controller.

the three things you need to map are AR (air roll), AR RIGHT, and AR LEFT. do a little bit of reading on the message boards to see what layouts other people have been successful with. you "technically" do not need to map all three of them

the game is SIGNIFICANTLY more involved than it looks and is SIGNIFICANTLY more difficult to master at a competitive level.

however far you choose to progress (takes PRACTICE, PATIENCE, and EXPERIENCE), the good news is you'll be having fun all along the way :)

you play as a pathogen and the goal is to wipe out humanity. lol by any honest measure this is the most violent video game ever made

i always have to tip my hat when a small developer makes a game that does this well

the guys over at Miniclip/Ndemic Creations do appear to "get it"

even if real-time strategies aren't your thing in particular, this one probably merits a spot in your collection

picked this one up fresh off of finishing Ori and the Blind Forest...

it's amazing how one poor casting decision can completely wreck a game. and it's unfortunate

i put in an honest and sincere effort, but ultimately did not make it very far in this one... because "Fidget"

if you happen to have an 8 yr old daughter then she may well adore this game... but this is NOT a game for adults... honestly it's not even for "gamers"

hard pass.

i can't remember who recommended this one to me or why but it totally caught me off guard

lol the story is so dumb that it's really kind of ridiculous... (maybe that was the point?)

apart from that, both visually and conceptually, this game hums along rather nicely

if you're in to sidescrollers in particular, this hidden gem is going to be a rather pleasant surprise
