With Take Two basically making the openIV team discontinue OPENIV, they have ruined most modding practices for now. The only thing Take Two cares about is money. They make you spend hundreds of real world money to even have fun in GTA Online. There are tons of hackers and idiots in GTA Online, making it borderline unplayable. The only good thing about this game is roleplaying on Five Reborn and modding singleplayer to ♥♥♥♥, which have both been and might be supressed. Don't buy this game. Don't buy shark cards.
