A lovely and refreshing tactical RPG. While the combat can become repetitive, there are enough fun abilities to make the fights interesting time and time again.

This game is everything I hoped Stardew Valley was going to be. I absolutely love farming sims, and the fact that there is so much progression with so many styles of how you can play whether it is combat, mining, foraging, farming, or ranching it is very hard to be bored with the gameplay loop. A wonderful achievement for a game.

Stunning visuals, simple but fluid combat. Reminds oneself of the adventure titles on the ps2/gamecube.

When starting out in this game you may feel confused. The many items that are scattered throughout the world will bring a curious new light to your mind. And you will want to experiment with them as much as you can. Of course you must also be prepared to die, and die, and die, and die again. This game is harsh and can not be taken lightly. As you become a seasoned adventurer you will soon learn the best places to set up camp, what items to collect or craft, and how to not starve. Though like any amazing game it takes a little bit of time to master. Make sure you find a friend that loves this game just as much as you do that way you can try and try again. Remember to stay alert and not feel too comfortable in your base for all you know a monster has been plotting your demise! So remember kids, eat plenty of food, cooperate, and don't give up! Your life depends on it.

Now, this game is a stunning master piece that brings the best elements of many survival games and ties them together with the beautiful art style inspired by Tim Burton to create a atmosphere like no other. Every inch of this game is filled with love and you feel it manifesting through your screen at such an alarming rate you can't help but feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Of course this game is not for everyone, if your looking for a game you can speed run and kill everything in sight, then this game might just be a nudge in the wrong direction.
