As of May 2016 this game is by FAR the most polished Vive experience. Yes it's pretty short but to me the quality of the two hours is easily worth the asking price. The world is extremely detailed, the story is interesting and I cannot wait to see what awaits us in Episode 2. The last ten minutes have been the best 10 minutes of VR for me so far.

Vanishing Realms is the single most polished RPG experience in the Vive's launch line up. The game is extremely fun in the current state and I hope we'll see quite a bit more content added by the time the game is out of Early Access. The hand to hand combat is fun, the ranged combat with the bow is great as well. The game scratches my itch for exploration in all the right places. I am eagerly awaiting more chapters.

Yes this is basically fruit ninja in VR however that really doesn't do the game justice. I think the only negative with the game is the price. The sword action is extremely accurate which gets me really excited about potential for sword fighting Vive games. This is a nice and easy game that can be played by anyone in your family and a good game to show to non-gamer friends. However, it's also surprisingly addictive for gamers as well.

There are two modes - 1) Time Mode where you have 1 minute to score as many points as possible (additional points for slicing 2, 3, or 4 fruits with one stroke, -10 points for hitting bombs) or 2) Survival mode where you keep getting points until you either hit a bomb or let 3 fruits fall down without being sliced. The leaderboards make an excellent motivator to keep trying.

This is the first experience I show to every new person that I demo my Vive to... it usually blows people away. The whale experience and the turtle experience are amazing. The graphics are fantastic and there's limited interaction which is good for someones first go with VR.

This was the first game I tried in my Vive and honestly after trying about 30 games (and I enjoyed most of them), this is the one I keep coming back to again and again. The game sounds simple but shooting flying robots in 360 degrees with amazing guns just never gets old. I keep trying to beat my scores and compete with friends. The sense of presence in SPT is unmatched for me.

Excellent realistic gunplay game. The game is in early access with a VERY active developer who posts weekly updates. This is a must-have for any fan of real guns. The models look and sound incredible. There are tons of different modes to play and with realistic reloads it's super fun.

I absolutely love this game! You have a bow and you start shooting boxes that shoot back at you when you hit them so you have to dodge/duck to get out of the way. After wave 10, samurais start coming for you so you have to maneuver quickly and shoot efficiently if you want to survive. There are also ninjas with throwing stars and even a flying mage. The game gets hectic and is a total blast.

The game is pretty simple on the surface - it's a mix of pong and racquetball/squash. However, it is incredibly fun and extremely replayable. I can see myself playing this daily for months and months as a fan of racquetball. It already has local multiplayer (one person in the Vive vs the other person controlling the AI paddle with WASD). If they manage to get online multiplayer up and running it'll get even better. There are different difficulty levels which is great for families, everyone can try this. Just make sure to use the wrist straps with this game, quite a few people have let the controllers fly out of their hands when they go for a quick swing.

This game gets booted up in the Vive more than any other. The videos don't do it justice, thats true for most VR content but definitely super true with Audioshield. You can take any mp3 on your PC (or use Sound Cloud) and rock out in VR to your favorite songs. It is surprisingly good cardio, after a couple of songs I am definitely tired and sweating. If you get a leather cover for the foam and play for 45 minutes, it's a great way to have fun and get some exersize at the same time.

My initial reaction to trying Hover Junkers was fairly negative. The first time I tried moving my junker in the game my stomach lurched and I thought "oh no, I won't be able to play this". I also couldn't figure out how to pick up more junk from the world to use as cover. The revolver seemed like it was shooting too low. After playing the game for 5 minutes I almost didn't come back.

I am SUPER glad that a few days later I decided to give it another shot and it became one of my favorite Vive games. To get over the motion issues I played only about five minutes the first day and increased the time I played by a couple of minutes per day. After day five I've had no more issues with my stomach bugging me when playing this game. I figured out how to pick up junk from crates around the map (you use your welder gun, same one you drive the junkers with, you just have to click the touchpad to stop driving). The guns turned out to be incredibly accurate if you use the sights or if you just realize the barrel is at the bottom of the revolver rather than the top.

The devs are still adding content but it's already very polished and a total blast to play once you give it an hour or so to get used to the controls, reloading, shooting, putting up cover, etc. I cannot recommend this game highly enough.
