I have a new account 2nd SS Das Reich. i even have the symbol.

Also, i have many new formations/ideas to train, hopefulyl i can be there to show them.. Ex Firing and advance, double rank marching (Easier ways). Quick firing/Ripple Firing. Techniqually the way we currently do it is wrong, so i need to fix it. Also double rank quick/ripple firing. There IS a difference between quick firing and ripple firing. currently our ripple firing or as Col. Griff calls it "Fial" firing is wrong. We fire to fast. We should be calling it quick firing. Fial firing or "ripple firing" should be done in a much slower mannor, in order to keep a contious shot being fired. dont get in to that stuff if im not there, i know the right way and easiest way to do it, let me show them. You stick to the basics of what i was doing the other days, and touch up on what they already know.

remember, training tomorrow on the 27th server at 4:00 p.m. est. I have a funeral to go to so if im not there your incharge. Practice melee, fial firing, regular firing, single and double rank marching, disicpline firing (where you say present) and let them stay that way for up to a minute. If they fire without command punish them. That drill teaches disicpline. Also train double rank firing, bannot charges, and then do some more melee. Training should last an hour long. If you run out of things to train its okay, its your first day in command as trainor, so all you have to do is ask the men what they would like to train, then do that.
