Work your way up to doing 5 sets of 5 hard ♥♥♥♥♥, 30 second rest between sets. After you can, test your max ♥♥♥♥. Remember: ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hard also comes from diet. Eat protein to build the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ strength, fiber for velocity, undigestables (sand, steel BB's, etc) for texture. Oh, and PLS is an acronym you'll be seeing a lot. It stands for Pure Liquid ♥♥♥♥, and it'll get you disqualified from most tournaments. It's okay to do PLS during training, (sometimes beneficial, depending on your training style), but a viscosity of at least oatmeal or refried beans is really the goal here. Hope you reach your goal! mechanic is just fantastic , just need to work on comms, aim, map awareness, crosshair placement, economy management, pistol aim, awp flicks, grenade and smoke spots, pop flashes, positioning, bomb plant positions, retake ability, bunny hopping, spray control and getting kills.
