Steam Account is not private
Have at least one paid for game
Have higher steam level than 1

Once you know you meet all of those, you are ready to move on to the next part.

If you are declined, please do NOT attempt to add me again.

If you add me 3 or more times in a row without me accepting you, you will be blocked.
