Maybe try and grow as a person and understand that what you say reflects on how you are as a person.

Saying hurtful things is a negative in the world and maybe try and become a positive. If you would not say something to someone's face in real life then don't say that thing to someone on the internet. And if you are the type of person that would call someone a "dumbass" and ask "Are you retarded?" to their face then maybe think on why you would do such and if that's the type of person you really want to be for your whole life.
