For anyone that's visiting this profile from time to time - I'm this guy's cousin. He's alive and well, I talk to him over video call once in a while here and there. I don't know why he hasn't been on steam for so long (nor have I noticed, I just thought our timezones weren't matching up for it), but I'll ask next time I get the chance.
