343 needs to fix the XP system. As of now, it takes way too long to level up and challenges are the only means of doing so. Players have no incentive to care about winning games because that has little effect on their XP progress. Instead players go for weapon kills or various other roundabout tasks instead of trying to win the game. There should be an XP reward for finishing a game and even more for winning a game, regardless of challenges.
