Multiplayer; no matter who hosts the game, others will have rubber-banding lag. (Even when distance is not great, on fiber internet, beefy PC and whatnot.)
In dire need of server optimization.

On a sidenote, cool game, jank character control while airborne, grindy and uneven difficulty.
