It's honestly funny how many people are trashing this DLC... Do they not understand that it hasn't even been fully released yet? It literally says COMING SOON in-game.

Yeah, I agree they probably should've labeled it as a pre-order on Steam, but aside from that, the devs have been clear that the content isn't out yet. Just be patient.

I somewhat enjoy the game, but there are a few major issues that hold it back.
- The vehicle physics are terrible and make driving around the resort more frustrating than fun.
- The snow implementation is disappointing. Even Farming Simulator does a better job with snow, which is pretty sad for a game where snow is supposed to be the main feature.

I really hope that someday there will be a Winter Resort Simulator that allows you to build and manage your own resort, including designing slopes from scratch, rather than just being limited to pre-defined ones. That kind of freedom would make for a much better and more engaging experience.

The game is fine, but you can find better games out there for a lower price.

Farming Simulator 2025 brings some solid improvements over the 22 version, but it’s not without its issues. There are some performance problems and bugs in the current build. While they aren’t game-breaking, they are noticeable and can disrupt gameplay.

One of the biggest disappointments for me is the graphics. I was hoping for significant improvements, especially in lighting and landscaping, but visually, it looks very similar to the 22 version. Adding to this, the rain effects are disappointing—there’s no visual effect of rain on vehicle windows, which hurts the immersion. Another letdown is the lack of sound effects when driving on different ground surfaces; the absence of these details makes the experience feel less realistic.

Some players have mentioned there’s less content this time, but that doesn’t bother me much since I’m not too focused on brand variety. They usually add free content in updates, so this should sort itself out over time.

On a positive note, the new GPS system for farming is a welcome addition to the base game. That said, it could use some polish to make it more refined.

why make it a DLC and not just a update?

No electric passenger trains :(

1. Controls really feel unpolished.
2. There is a lot of FPS drops even on high-end GPU
3. You can't skip the video at the end of each mission

Euro Truck Simulator 2 - Scandinavia DLC is disappointing as it doesn't unlock all of Scandinavia. Now, they've released another DLC that gives access to northern Sweden and Norway, instead of updateing this one

Great game with a lot eksploration, strong monsters, a good story and a lot of hours where you and your friends can have fun

This is a great improvement over the previous version. The graphics have received a major upgrade—thank you for that! The old visuals looked very flat without mods, but now everything looks much more modern and dynamic.

The new season system is a fantastic addition to the game. I especially enjoy the variety it brings throughout the year, though I would have loved to see snow accumulate on the roads—hopefully that's added in a future update.

The road system has also been massively improved. It's now easier than ever to connect roads precisely, even at the lane level, which makes city planning far more intuitive.

Lastly, loading times have been significantly reduced. Even large cities with lots of mods load much faster now, which is a huge plus.
