TL:DR Do not buy at full price. Buy on sale or get the season pass

So looking at the negative reviews the main issue that pops up is the lack of content. I was able to finish this in a single evening and do all the quests it in about 4-5 hours. This is absolutely an issue if you are buying this DLC at full price however I got the season pass way back on sale so I do not mind.

As for story and characters I absolutely love it. Krieg is one of my favorite characters and this DLC gives him the character development he deserves. If you want to know more about Krieg's backstory and interact with his different personalities this is the DLC for you.

The Quests are super fun but most of the side quests are super short. I had a great time completing these. The main quests are fun and engaging even until the last minute.

The world design is amazing. I have to hand it to the devs on this one as it really feels like your in the mind of a psycho.

The easter eggs are really cool. I saw at least a Matrix, Spongebob, and Plato reference and I know there are much more and I loved finding these.

Overall I would mark this as a must play to any Borderlands fan but if you are worried about the amount of content then wait for it to go on sale. I would say this DLC is worth 5 bucks tops for what you get out of it.

The best fallout there is. I remember buying this when I was a kid and man I made so many memories. I will warn you though if you do not want to mod your game the graphics and mechanics will feel a bit dated.

100% worth a buy and a steal when on sale.

I tend to not really care about story elements in these types a games and tune it out but sleeping dogs has a really interesting story of an undercover cop who is put in a crime ring in order to stop what they are doing. The only twist is you (IRL you) will really get attached to those you are sent to spy on and arrest and your loyalties as a cop and friend to the crime ring will 100% be tested.

The only thing I did not like about this game is it punishes you for bad driving during missions when the driving can be a little hard to control.

As a fan of the borderlands series since forever Its really hard for me to not recommend this game but there are a few reasons why.

First I would like to state I am ignoring any bugs in this review because they are almost always fleshed out later as we saw with the other games (most of them anyway). I did have three mission breaking bugs during the game due to following NPCs that would not move but reloading fixed it instantly so it does not factor in to my review.

Now lets talk about the gameplay. Its the best borderlands has ever been. Some how they made more gun types to mess around with and improved upon graphics and the feel of combat is smooth and amazing. Its really addicting and if you are looking for a game that is just a loot and shoot fest you would feel right at home here. This alone almost made me want to rate positively but as you will see later this is really the only positive of the game expect for a few characters and side missions.

The humor is terrible and just cringy. The writers were obviously trying to make fun of Gen Z kids and it just does not land at all. This alone make me not want to replay the game like I did in borderland 2 cause at least in that game the humor was decent enough to be funny after playing it more than once and didn't make you want to mute the game after every playthrough.

The side missions are hit or miss. Some are really well done, funny, and entertaining. This however only accounts for a few as most side missions are really bland and try to be funny but fail. Still if you want some real content that is not the main story then side missions will fill it.

The characters. All the guy character you see are just bumbling idiots even though there are some that have established themselves otherwise in other games. Old characters you want to see more of get brushed aside and given very little screen time or impact if they are shown at all where my Salvador, Axton, Krieg, and Gaige at? . And the ones that are shown are a shadow of their former self and become one dimensional. Also there is almost no character development to anyone and anything the writers try to put out as character development doesn't feel like it.

But all of this isn't as bad as one new character to the series and if you played or seen any review you know who I am talking about. The story plays her out to be in the right even though all she does is screw everything up, blame beloved characters for it, and wine. She is obviously in the wrong and when every she opens her mouth I shoot her in the face in game. This is hands down one of the most annoying characters and was able to ruin the game for me by herself. I hope we see less of her in future content or not see her at all.

The main villains are terrible in this game. They are a walking pile of cringe with almost no character development and when there could be some they stopped it from happening. There is just no satisfaction is going against them at all.

Now the big reason, the story. The story is absolute garbage. It is full of plot holes and I mean a lot of plot holes. It also ignores your character from the plot entirely. You thought were gonna be a big part of the story? like every other game? Nope two bad its about these people and your a background character. You do almost all the work and they exclude you in the story building cut scenes even though your right there and the "real" main characters basically take the credit for everything. This really makes me mad.

Edit: The DLCs are very good.

TL;DR: Gameplay is amazing but the poorly written story and characters drag it down. If you care for the story you won't like it and if you don't you will like it

CS:GO Review
Use to be a fun competitive game with a great community now its not. Ever since the game has become free to play the community is now full of hackers, smurfs, and toxic teammates. Now this isn't one of those cases where I run into one or two more than normally no no no you run into them every game now. Also I have an issue with valve being too greedy with the micro transactions and the gambling it seems they are really trying to milk the player base. Its almost on par with other developers who have had backlash so bad for it their stocks dumped yet I don't see that with this game and I have no clue why.

But yes you can play the game without buying any skins or operation passes and get the same/similar experience.

To be honest I wasn't expecting much when I got this due to how old it was but I was completely wrong. If you are a fan of the metro series and don't care that the game is super old then you will have a good time with this

Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice is an very short but amazing game that sticks with you days after you complete it. The graphics are stunning and alone make up for the game's sort length. The puzzles are very fun and unique and kept my interest the entire time. They also do a very good job of attaching you to the main character by living through her pain as you you learn bits about her and why she is there as the story goes on.

Now lets talk about the combat. Holy heck this game has the best combat in any game I have ever played. Its similar to the Witcher style but all your movements hit hard and feel important. If they make any other game with this combat system I will buy it on the spot no questions asked.

So my opinion on buying this game? Buy it!

TL;DR: If you are looking for a Mil-Sim game avoid this game!

I am a big Mil-Sim player and pretty much have played every single Mil-Sim one can think of on steam except Rising Storm 2: Vietnam. I have seen gameplay of the game and some of my Mil-Sim buddies recommended it so I though I would try it out.

BOY was I disappointed.

The game feels like an older Call of Duty that they just made players have less health and called it a Mil-Sim and I HATE Call of Duty. This game couldn't be farther from the "Realism" it and its critics claim it to be. This half baked COD

Here is my entire list (So far) of issues I have with the game

1. Bullet System is done terribly - The bullets you shoot out of your gun do not always go where the gun is pointed and the drop on the bullets are insane compared to real life.

2. Bullets come out of players' heads - Comparable to CS:GO, where the bullet comes out of not the front of the gun but your head so you can be shot at by somebody peeking over a trench and not even see their weapon.

3. The graphics are terrible - This game came out in 2017 yet can't seem to get past half life 2 quality graphics and that came out in 2004.

4. Gun recoil is extremely unrealistic - I have hip fired a few of the guns in real life and the game seems to think that when you hip fire an AK you are some how shooting a .50BMG on full auto. I mean people literally draw smiley faces while hip firing perfectly or get a close grouping but this game thinks that when you fire a few round you should start looking at space.

5. Fast pace run and gun style - now this won't apply to a lot of people but the reason I like Mil-Sim games is that it is realistic enough that you want to take your time and be careful. This game forces you to spawn a few meters from and objective and charge it until something happens.

6. Animations are terrible - Reloading is done too fast on many of the guns, running looks like you lost chromosomes, and changing stances does not look any better.

7. VOIP is broken - You can't hear your teammates because VOIP is too quiet. Yes I know this was only introduced when a new patch was released and they stated that they were gonna fix it however its still broken and that is a con.

EDIT: They fixed this in patch 1.4

8. ZERO teamwork - There is absolutely zero team coordination on the team and everyone just lone wolfs there way to victory. You basically just got to hope you got a couple people on the team who can actually play to be able to win. VERY COD LIKE!

Now this is a lot of negative but I would like the point out a couple of things I actually thought RS2V had going for it.

1. It's maps are amazing - Even though the community basically made a lot of the maps for them and they are a little small for my taste they are well detailed and nice looking.

2. The commander role - I really liked the idea of a commander being on the field with radiomen fallowing him to call in support.

So to wrap things up this game is a disappointing mess that poops on the genre of Mil-Sim. Good by and Good night.
