A really neat Resi-like game, and a pretty solid intro to the survival horror genre of games for kids or people who don't really want to deal with much horror but still want to check out an entry.

Absolutely a great experience and a wonderful surprise that seems to have come out of nowhere.

Full of likable characters with compelling and intertwining stories, and also some pretty neat twists; both story-wise and mechanically as a game (although I wish they had some more instances of playing around with mechanics). It definitely had me at the edge of my seat the whole time.

Absolutely gorgeous art and a great sound track really helps immerse one into the world and the story.

The only thing I disliked was that traveling to new locations always displays a small intro that takes a few seconds even on the max fast-forward, which can get a bit annoying when one is investigating and trying to find or figure out things at certain points in the story.

It should be noted that this is not quite a "horror game", but more of a mystery game with horror elements in it. Fans of the Zero Escape games or Danganronpa should have no trouble loving this title. Does not quite unseat Raging Loop as my favorite entry in this kind of VN/game, but it definitely scratched that itch of wanting another solid entry in the genre.
