It's good, I guess.

I put a $#!%-ton of hours in this game. It's easily one of the most addictive games I've ever played. If you have a PS3/Xbox 360/PS4 and you played this game and it didn't sit well with you, Download the Steam version. After you get the Steam version, get the Starstorm DLC. They regularly update the Steam version. Most of the time (to me anyway) after they update it, it seems like a new game. It would either have a new character, new stage, tweaked moves, new strategy, holiday theme, etc. It's just an overall pleasant game to play and I love it.

BTW, if you're new to the game I recommend letting your team mates know that in advance. They may help you instead of assuming you're just a really really bad player ;).

This is a very good MMORPG for those that haven't played one, but want to get into the series. I've been playing this for a minute and still enjoy trying out the different characters. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
