Fix found for csgo bug

I just managed to fix my csgo problem with "thread starvation" and unable to dispatch frame x. (Performance warning)
It is a very rare problem that first appeared with the z170 series mobos in mid December of 2021 and results in the game rendering video events with a delay of around 0.5 to 1 second despite high FPS, normal ping, no var or sv problems.
The fix consists in finding a service in your task manager called iphlpsvc and terminating and disabling it. It will appear as a thread of svchost.exe program. And do this everytime you boot the pc or after opening csgo. The error messages are still there but it runs in sync once again. It is a string of bad code in the engine that relates to the ipv6 protocol and sets a loop in your cpu.

Took me 8 months to find it but finally I can play once again.
Just posting cos it took me so long and hard to find the solution and I even swapped hardware so I really hope I can help some people with this
