Boring. Super slow paced. Not my cup of tea.

If it would be possible to give a neutral review I would.

The new protagonist is essentially a reskinned Gris, now a Black female samurai. She looks, runs, and jumps almost identically. It's the same game with a new coat of paint. They haven't even tried to create something new.

Gris sold well, received critical acclaim, and won awards. Yet, the developers inexplicably decided to address criticisms by adding combat, weapons, and death. These additions might be beneficial in other circumstances, but they already had a masterpiece with global recognition. They've tried to fix what wasn't broken.

Gris took place within the subconscious of a young woman grieving the loss of her mother, which explained why she was the only human present. Neva, however, is set in the physical world. WHY is the protagonist alone? Where is everyone?

Why am I forced to babysit this creature the entire game? I feel nothing towards it. With the statue mother in Gris, the player's connection developed gradually. Through imagery, we understood her importance, her suffering, and the reciprocal nature of our relationship. The theme was developed, allowing us to empathize—that's how it works. Here, it's just, "Here's your furry Pokémon, now babysit it." I don't want to! Seriously... I don't want to do this. I don't want to babysit a kid. I don't care about him; let him go grow a tree out of his head in the forest. I'm a Black feminist samurai on my way to African Japan; leave me alone!

The monster, the black one with the white mask, is ripped straight from "Spirited Away." If you haven't seen it, watch it.

The forest being infected with black ink blots is stolen from "Princess Mononoke." Again, just straight-up plagiarism.

Regarding the visuals: The technical level is similar to Gris, but that game's surreal world masked its limitations.

The game is way too short, it will take you about 4-5 hours to complete it, hence I cannot recommend it at full price. It costs 76 rmb (10.70 USD) in China region. I would say something in 45-50 rmb (6-7 USD) price range would be fair. Hence, wait for discount if you want to get it.

Finally, back from auto-battler to real-time-fighting-action.

Please, do not bring auto-battler-grind-crap-mechanic again, Sega.

A bit sad the title is not Yakuza anymore, but OK. Enjoying the game so far.

I haven't even check this one out yet, but I know it was worth it. Please, more, more content! Rise the price - it is that damn good!

Garbage. Feels and looks very cheap, made of bought assets, which then were combined together into this piece of.

It is not a game, it is an interactive story with a lot of repeating mechanics: corridors, doors, crawling, opening/closing valves and pulling triggers with 0 to no challenge at all. Not worth the full price at all and not worth these 4.5 hours I spent on it. Save the money and go watch let's play on Youtube on x2 speed in 4k quality.

Forcing users to install EPIC crap & require persistent online is outrageous and unnecessary for a PvE game. On the top of things they left Denuvo in already cracked game...
