The campaign is good and something different for Edge of fate. There are people review bombing and trying to sound genuine when their negative reviews stem from virtue signaling and hating "modern triple A gaming". If you like Destiny, you will like this, if you're a new player, you can try everything for free before deciding on spending money. Make up your own mind instead of listening to any outside noise. The game works, I've had no performance issues, I like the changes Bungie has made to leveling and the Portal is a welcome change to finding activities.

Its not a bad game, Im having fun. Matchmaking works and its top of the line unlike Destiny which the pvp is held together by sting and duct tape because Bungie thinks they know how to do matchmaking.

Im having a good time. People calling it a cash grab or bland will never be please with any game in existence and they can safely be ignored with their "bland" opinions.

If you like the Alien(s) franchise, you will like this.
If you like Horde mode games (Gears, or Mass Effect 3 MP mode), you will like this.
If you like both? Guess what? You will like this.

It runs and plays great.(i9 9900k, GTX 1080ti) The weapons are responsive, the perk system makes sense, the light RPG elements don't take away anything and I feel immersed into the Alien universe while playing.

My biggest problem is that there isn't a general quick play option for each difficulty tier. Maybe after you beat the campaign you can unlock a matchmaking option in general or make it gear score based? Anything is better than not having actual teammates. I don't know if cross-play is coming but that would be helpful if its a possibility too.

I really like the game. I was a big, big fan of Marvel Heroes and haven't had a game come close to the fun I had until now. This game is very rough around the edges, but the core game play loop is fun and engaging. If you are an Avengers or Marvel fan in general this is as good as it gets. If you are on the fence and not a big marvel fan, I would wait a month or two for things to get ironed out.

If you like grinding for material to make new weapons, or armor then this game will be right up your alley. This game is not for people who want different every time they play.

Awesome game. If you love Super Smash brothers, but dont own a Wii, this game is a great alternative. Controller support works perfectly. Lag is minimal where I am, Middle Tennessee, and matches are fairly short( 5-10 minutes). The characters play failry similar, until they get a power-up, but that is really my only gripe with the game so far. Would recommend to any close friend for sure.

A lot like the newest X-Com game, with a cool lineage dynamic mixed in. The gameplay itself is fairly challenging and I have felt rewarded when bringing back all of my heroes alive. The art style is simple and easy to understand. The music is very nice and upbeat. All in all, the game is as deep as you want it to be. Maximizing parent skills is fun and keeps me interested in the bloodline. I would recommend this game to any X com fan as it is fairly well polished and at least in my opinion really fun so far.
