Originally from Yorkshire but now living in Birmingham.

I've played games since the very first game was released and am still as excited about new games as i was for the first game ('pong' by the way). My reflexes and brain may be slower but i can't see myself ever giving up. It's odd because my partner (of over 30 years) has not the slightest interest in computer games, He likes piano playing, classical music and devotes most of his time to charity work.

I'm now retired after many years working in I.T. as a software developer and spend my none gaming time volunteering and attempting D.I.Y home improvements. As a couple we enjoy concerts and travelling, We have a very old camper van and used to spent most of our summers travelling around Scotland and its islands. This has been curtailed recently due to elderly members of our family, mainly the cats!

I'm helpful and friendly but tend to shy away from negativity and conflict. Let all just be appreciative for what we have and try to help others by being kind, helpful and supportive. Now ... back to the games ...
