Its awesome but Id wish the tech tree was changed a bit there are a lot of techs that are useless or downright silly.

Games good. UI is complicated yes but if you take time to learn it, it will make sense. Game in general has a lot going on under the hood which is amazing. An awesome 4X and truly amplitudes greatest work.

Just like me this game is not ascetically please nor is it easy to approach. But this game makes up for it under the hood. You can always download a graphics pack. Give it a try. Waste three hours creating your planet alone waste another 6 hours doing the classic "Just one more turn" vibe.

Overall: This game slaps
