The model number is S23B350B or a S23B350H but I think they're the exact same thing anyways. It's a 1920 by 1080 monitor, 23" with a 2ms response time with HDMI and VGA/D-Sub inputs (Yes this is supported by your GPU As a MSI 660 Ti have Display Port & HDMI with 2 DVI)
