I experienced the five stages of grief upon finishing my first playthrough.

Timberborn is everything I like in a city-building game! It's beautiful, with a perfect mix between relaxing and challenging. I quickly lost my first city, but managed to tame the map on the second one. With still a few things to discover and try out (2nd faction, other maps), I look forward to building even more dams and beaver nations.

Wishes for future updates (no particular order):
- Production/Demand flowcharts
- More powerful explosives
- Simplified setting of new districts
- More optimization, as the game slowed down when I reached 4 districts and 350+ beavers
- For added difficulty, other disaster types than droughts, such as floods or winters
- Drills
- Tunnels
- Aqueducts
- More beavers in the water (boats?)
- More funny beaver sounds (like the ones when clicking on a lodge)
- More uses for metal (I have a feeling this will come)
- Copy-Pasting some building groups
- More cute beaver animations

That game has some time travelling properties: you play it, and it's 1am all of a sudden. If you value your sleep time, I beg you: do NOT play this game!

Otherwise pick it up and enjoy watching in awe as your ships blast of to warp speed to nearby stars to pick up some iron or stuff

I am warry of EA games, but this one had pretty good review. So far the story is good, scenery breathtaking, gameplay fluid, the bugs are little and "Premium content" is only cosmetic. So if you like Star Wars and Jedi knights, give it a try.

Do you like challenges and constantly reloading previous saves, combined with the satisfaction of solving the countless problems the game throws at you while managing your base and customizing your squad to look like you and your friends?

If yes, do not hesitate and dive into XCOM 2, and prepare to DIE A LOT.
