I recommend hopping on a server with not so much pressure for PVP, but still with the risk of being robbed… or saved! (Both exciting!!)
I love games where surviving is difficult and to progress, you really need to work for it, so I truly can recommend this for both groups and solo players.

Difficulties, adventure, danger… penguin breeding… So many possibilities, so much to do and explore. Good fun even for solo players!

Good fun for a few rounds at times, with the lovely option to swap between bugs and bots.
Sadly, friends get bored too quickly with finished war bonds and a lack of goals, but for those who play in lesser amounts, this still offers good fun and the desired upgrades.

Good occasional fun with friends! A lot of laughs and screams if enjoyed in moderate portions. I do wish it was more possible to play alone further than the third goals though. I understand it’s meant to be played with friends, but some more scaling for group size would be cool.

This game has changed a lot over time, but it still offers some really good rounds and possibilities to be tactical and embrace teamwork… depending on where you play and with whom. I currently find it really hard to return to what I had with Squad before, but I do see that my friends still like the game and find it worth the time, even though there are a lot of things that don’t feel like improvements.

I played this game mostly when it was fresh out of the oven, and I still remember fondly how engaged the devs were with the community, always willing to help and listen.

Now, after trying this out again, I can see that the game has really improved even from what it was, offering unique gameplay aspects and exciting runs against players, zombies, and mechs! Not to forget the need to keep yourself fed and well taken care of… It’s easy to lose yourself in the game and dive into the cool experiences it offers!

For best experiences, try to find a group to join and play with!

Mildly said, I got trapped, addicted… PZ is definitely not a simple game and it offers players so much to do and experience! I haven’t really played this in single-player mode, since this game provides such an amazing multiplayer and role-play platform, but I can say that no matter how and with who you choose to play with, you can easily lose countless hours just trying to secure your home and stay alive, experiencing a range of emotions from excitement to frustration. Love it. Oh, and watch out for those mushrooms…

I love the customization possibilities and and the details the game offers, with and without mods, but what I have valued most are the interactions with other players, and trying to work together to fulfill our stories and goals!

This game can offer all sorts of emotions, depending on the map you play, who you play with, and who you play against. The community and players overall are nice and cool to play with, with very little toxicity or trolling.

Year after year, the game continues to offer us fresh experiences. Of course, match-based games are not for everyone, but I have spent countless hours having great fun with friends. Occasionally, I dare to play as my favorite trapper too!
