I played more than 60 hours in offline mode, 2 times before the definitive edition and now another time to see what changed and dive back into this wonderful universe. The other reviews said it all, it's great, and made even better in my opinion with a few mods from the workshop, nice job to the creators.
In addition to all this I think the game should get the "Labor of love" award as this free definitive edition was a great addition showign the care of the devs for their game and making it even better.

Awesome game ! I wouldn't describe it as a zombie survival game as I expected when I bought it, it really is a survival coop game, where people need to watch over one another to survive. Best played with friends with vocal, realism mode for more tension, and just enjoy ! Be careful though, it will use a lot of your time !

Pretty awesome game, underwent a lot of major reworks along the years, keeping interest in the game. The game has a lot of different aspects, such as politics, environment management, in addition to the classic questing and farming. The fights are awesome, and are what make the game really brilliant: play clever and you can win fights way above your level without a scratch, or make a poor move and lose the fight you were sure to win. It uses a lot of wits, and allows for beautiful moves, I love it ! (played mostly xelor)

Really awesome total war game, the best of the series in my opinion. Wonderful strategic aspect, making you able to change the tides of battle with wise decisions at the right time, influencing the morale of your ennemies. How good it feels when you manage to defend a town with 2 times less units than the army attacking you !

The DLCs do add brand new and interesting mechanics.

What to say ? The best game in the world so far to me. I was very fond of Sapkowki's work and the first two witcher games, this masterpiece just brought me to heaven. Incredible in so many ways, I don't count the number of times I shiver of pleasure, or feel so strong emotions tears come to my eyes. Just perfect.
