models great maps visually nice usability meh pathing is horrible on Christmas day hurtgen forest and hill 400. ai is still lacking most of their braincells trenches are difficult to get your guys into and facing the right way hill 400 is the worst ive seen so far the ai vics will get stuck on all rocks and trees

the game is dead it runs good but there is no content 2 factions no single player campaine multiplayer is the only thing and whats listed as singleplayer is multiplayer with bots who are the dumbest thing in the world there are only 4 maps true that they are huge but boring they dropped the ball on this so hard there are only like 4 mods what did they expect releasing this as a full price game this is just sad.

honestly this game is really great slice enemies boxes desks and so on. i feel like a discount jedi. only issue is my view will shift off center when i load another lvl from the elevator

the SP modding scene is now dead by take two (R* parent company) got lawyers towards open IV also online is trash and filled with micro transactions being shoved down your throat. Good job take two you killed this games PC fan base and gave your sub companies a bad name

list of all the fun things you can experience in war thunder:
1 spawn killing they will surround your spawn and fire into it with nothing you can do about it its a mechanic at this point
2 the game actively rewards seal clubbing you will commonly see level 100 at really low br just beating the ♥♥♥♥ out of new players
3 new vehicles will be added a lot but the game will still randomly crash out still not fixed
4 ghost shells you will shoot someone but its not gonna register and your gonna die
5 volumetric armor nobody asked for it and it doesn't work
6 constant up tier you will never play on your tier you will play a 6.3 game and only face enemy teams full of 7.3 doesn't sound like a big deal until you realize your at a constant disadvantage
7 devs don't care unless what you are doing is effecting their income ie they needed to get review bombed to even think about fixing the economy (edit the review bomb worked they kind of fixed it)
8 contempt of some of the community skill issue is a meme at this point cause any issues you have will be swept away by Chad Thundercock saying its your fault that you and the randoms you play with are not coordinated enough
9 some brs are dominated by a single country and that's your fault cause you aren't playing that country and you have spent you waking hours reading your tech documents
10 artillery vehicles aren't that they are just tanks too cause you cant actually use them like artillery just direct fire only
11 once you get to the atgm br you stop actually having fun unless you have them on your vehicle
12 you will get killed by some guy way out in the middle of nowhere in a tank that you cant dream of getting a pen on
13 most research doesn't really matter
14 most maps are not at all built to fairly play the game some and a lot of them allow you to shoot into enemy spawn or get shot in your own.
15 certain tanks perform WAY better in the game then they actually did in real life
16 cas has WAY to much sway on ground rb 1 pilot can hold back the entire enemy team
17 adds a bunch of tanks that have 1 prototype or no prototype ignoring the actual performance of the tank or ergonomics of the actual vehicle
18 floods certain countries tech trees with more and more and neglecting others ie the russian tree still getting more and more tanks and the Israeli zachlam tager still having the old keyboard controlled wire guide missiles
19 german aa is pain till the gepard then its op
19 ground rb is now offcially cas rb i played multiple games were their were 8 planes up just bombing everything with a pulse.
20 the maps are mostly bad


some good points
rare vehicles that actually existed past prototype are represented
sound design is good when its working
textures and models are very high detail
flight model is easy to learn
tanks drive realistically
fun with friends when you aren't getting clubbed like a baby seal in the arctic
new vehicles are added constantly some premium some not

(im gonna edit this every few hundred hours)
edit 722 hours later the game is still infuriating good points are outweight by the bad dont play it. it took a mutiny to fix the economy and now the they just ignore the community complains buy hey HERES ANOTHER SALE
