Finally bit the bullet and got it on Steam after cancelling my origin access subscription, within just a few days I'm at ~70 hours. There's quite a few frustrating bugs like workmen sometimes not wanting to build foundations and janitors not cleaning but overall the game more than makes up for it. Between sandbox and escape mode I'm never out of fun things to do
