I never mentioned a single thing about a grenade. He missed 0 headshots that game. Just because he toggles doesn't mean he isn't cheating. Bungie will sort him out. Sent them the game footage and all. Very obviously cheating.

Also, I assumed you were talking about that because that was mainly his build and you were just mad that "why does that grenade kill me in one shot". Look, I was playing with him for like 10-20 matches, so if you were saying that he didn't miss a headshot then logically you could look at our stats to see if we won all our games which we didn't win all our games.
