0.1 hrs on record
Over 1k hours in OW1. Game is way worse than the first one removing lots of cool abilities, maps and small QOL things. You used to be able to get pretty much any cosmetic you wanted by grinding during the events but now it could take months to get just a single skin or $15-20 each. It takes about 16 times as long actually playing the game to earn items as it took in OW1. It costs more for a keychain in the game in terms of $ than it does to buy the real life physical keychain. Most new battle pass skins are just recolors anyway.

Most of the time they put out a new hero they are ridiculously op. But now they are also locked behind a battle pass that costs money or takes 20-30 hours to get. This leads to horrible power creep where in the future they buff other heroes to to catch up. Now you will die faster and faster 1.2 sec, 0.9 sec, 0.5 sec and have no time to react unless you are Korean or abuse adderrall. (Which half the people who played professionally admit to by the way and it's not against the rules.) Newer characters like Echo are incredibly annoying, can dive and melt you in a second without putting themselves at much risk at all. And despite claiming to get rid of CC it's still as annoying as ever, Orisa is immovable but can push YOU across the map for half the game. When you get one shot by Hanzo who can't aim but is just spamming across the map or Junkrat spam it feels like the game is just wasting your time for no good reason. All of the original devs are long gone and judging by the diablo 4 videos from blizzard the current ow devs don't even really play the game to see how annoying it can get or understand it on a deep level. They are pretending the massive bad reviews are "just trolls". It would be impossible to balance at this point to please everyone and more blame lies on the executives but this doesn't absolve the devs completely.

Playing a tank sucks since the removal of the off-tank role. Way more is expected of the single tank and there is a lot more pressure on you to make things happen. They have around 100 more health but it doesnt make up for the loss of the other tank as you'll get focused and die faster than when there was 2. What is the point in playing a tank when most single characters can just kill you in 2 seconds anyway? You will routinely be shot around corners and other places you can't possibly see the enemy but they can see you and always land shots because of your fat hitbox. Playing a support is still fun and can be way more impactful. 6v6 felt way better and it was much easier to make up for a bad/throwing or disconnected player.

The competitive mode is way less balanced, going for quick queues over balanced games. The matches are way more one-sided than in the first game. In OW1 I was low diamond/high plat tank player, but in OW2 I am high bronze/low silver and it never really moves despite a 44% win rate. People are saying there is a hidden MMR system and that rank doesn't matter at all. No matter how low I drop I always go against widow/hanzo who seem to have godlike accuracy. Outside of new patches dropping it is mostly just the hardestcore players left so it is way harder to learn new heroes/roles.
