This game is a player trap. It has no depth or polish, but plenty of content. 'has content' is arguable though. It's like playing indie games that were proof of concept rather than being well made.
Plenty of gacha-stuff and limited time rewards (daily logins included) that would make you feel like you invested something so you feel bad for dropping it. That's kinda dirty on devs part, but I'm fine with it. I just don't want to spend time playing with ♥♥♥♥. It's not like I have much respect for my free time, but that level of disrespect towards the gamers is on the level of mobile gaming.
Combat has no depth, AI is a joke, projectiles are poorly telegraphed (perhaps on client side; irrelevant).
PvE/PvP is 'sorta' entertaining to me, but Id rather play something properly made.
Visuals are alright (as far as 'there is no polish' could stretch; animations are wanky) but obviously lacking optimizations. Plenty of work was put into making the game, but the sort of fun it brings is very distorted. I've played for two days looking for fun, but I just found regret giving it a chance in the first place.

What's worse, there are plenty of opinions that this game is good and cool.
Who are those people? Irl bots?

Its not worth buying in its current state. It is enjoyable with friends though.

No viable matchmaking 1 month into release (p is for priorities, I guess)
Cant even kick a random person from the game that started
On high ping alien animations become sloppy (have fun with sniper rifle)

Not everyone will like it; some will have troubles with port they will have to sort out with help of Google, but its definetely unique in its detail and quality. Its a yes for me.

Ever thought 'oh man, Id like to play some mmorpg but I dont have time for that'? Well, its not quite the same experience, but this game can be pieceful and intense, you can do unusually creative questing (which is kinda useless but hey, many quests have bosses in the end :) ) or solve landscape puzzles which are reaaaally abundant. Plenty of room for going fast if you would like to. Lore is here, nothing you'd remember long-term, but feels alright.
Overall - cant say a single bad word about it. Certainly more enjoyable then mmorpgs if you'd ask me. :)

Thinking on buying it? Well, if you aren't the type who plans on mastering this game to smash enemies in style - go ahead :) If you are - you will somewhat quickly notice the lack of buttons and weapons in the game (as well as difference in damage between them) and, if it haven't changed since the last time I played it, the fact that monsters dont attack while out of camera view. The last part is sad af.
Boss design, cinematics and 'smashing' feel solid though. Devil May Cry 5 is better gameplay wise. Same about DMC4. But if you just feel bored - yeah, its fine.
